Ready?

So – you’re ready to book your senior portraits… now what?

Here’s a quick rundown of how the whole senior experience works at our studio -

1. book your session – either via phone or email with ann
2. fill out and return the ‘Senior Worksheet’ which will be emailed to you upon booking (this lets us know you a bit better and gives you a chance to think through what you’d like for your session)
3. pay your session fee and print deposit – both must be paid in full at the time of the session – payment may be by check or credit card (online/PayPal). If you need to make alternate payment arrangements, please talk with ann before your session.
4. show up for your session and have a blast
5. set up appointment with ann to go over your initial slideshow – this will be between 60-100 photos from which you’ll narrow it down to 30 final poses
6. approximately 2 weeks later, you’ll get an email or phone call letting you know that your password protected galleries are online and ready for you to view (at this time you can also purchase a print proof book)  You’ll also get your complimentary set of digital images to share on Facebook or email, etc at this time.  (This makes it even easier to have your friends help you pick your favorites)
7. your galleries will remain online for 3 weeks – time for you to ooh and ahhh and make your print selections – this is also when you’ll pick out and design your free set of 50 ‘rep or 411′ cards!
8. place your print order and pay any remaining balance (all orders must be paid in full at time of order)
9. 1-2 weeks later, your print order arrives (along with your free 411 cards) and is delivered and you’re good to go!

all custom designed items such as print boxes, albums, canvases, storyboards, cards, etc… require an additional 1-2 weeks for designing – please plan accordingly.
